Amston Lake residents may book the Clubhouse for private use. The usage fee is $250 for ALA members $300 for ALD Resident Non-Members. A $100 deposit is required as a security payment. Usage dates are not secured until the payment is received. The usage fee and deposit are due at the contract signing. Cancellations must be made within the two weeks of the event, except in emergencies, to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

The Clubhouse must be left in clean condition with counters, stove and sink clean, floors swept/vacuumed, and all trash removed. Tables and chairs must be wiped down and put away. The Clubhouse manager will assess the condition of the Clubhouse and outdoor areas prior to and after your event, and if there are no issues, your security deposit will be refunded as quickly as possible.
